Strategic Planning became one of my most applicable courses. Little did I know the challenges at the beginning of the course, this course gave me an opportunity to work with a local small business and proved both incredibly challenging yet invaluable to the learning and adaptive process.

Evaluation Models in HRD really influenced my ability to articulate data and ask the right questions to obtain the answers needed for myself, my team, and the stakeholders involved. This course taught me about evaluations in organizations and how evaluations have an impact on employee performance and motivation.

Career Development in HRD allowed me to work with other individuals and explore the international world of HRD. Career development is an ongoing process of planning and directed action toward personal work and life goals.
