The purpose of this portfolio is to showcase my progress and learnings over the course of the Education Human Resource Development (EHRD) Masters Program at Texas A&M University. This website will serve as my virtual portfolio and convey examples of my development in critical thinking, demonstrations of HRD core competencies, career analysis, and overall organizational development.

The skills acquired over the course of this program have better prepared me for a career in training and development and my course work will directly reflect the goals of the HRD program such as improved learning, improved performance, lifelong learning, and training and development. It is because of these goals I find myself ready and capable to conquer my career with an analytical, driven, and purposeful  mindset.
