A "blast off" welcome event to celebrate new student arrivals into the Disney College Program. With over 2,030 guests and a budget of $10,000, this event was truly out of this world!

A WRECK-IT RALPH MOVIE EVENT
An all-out sugar rush event comprised of your favorite Wreck-It Ralph characters, raffles, trivia, and classic arcade games! Being the hottest month of the year, with a tight budget, and little time, this event turned out to be the "sweetest" and most successful event of the semester!

SOCCER CUP & SPIKE FEST
Lace up your sneakers and get ready for an afternoon of adrenaline-filled sports competition. With a 3v3 basketball tournament, a 6v6 volleyball tournament, and a 5v5 soccer tournament at Mickeys Retreat, everyone is sure to enjoy an afternoon of music, food, and fun!

GROCERY BINGO
With over 300 guests per event, the creativity utilized in the marketing, materials, and groceries was sure to draw a crowd. While embracing our imagination, Grocery Bingo allows College Program Participants to gather, socialize, and take home much-needed groceries. Taking time to design and coordinate the minor details, these Grocery Bingo's surpassed all expectations

NIGHT OF STARS TALENT COMPETITION
Disney College Program's Night of Stars is a semester event hosting those most talented to share their talent with the nearly 10,000 college program participants, friends, family, and a variety of Walt Disney World cast members.

This event from fruition to completion extended nearly 4 months and was headed by myself and one other intern. The event consisted of hosting auditions, itinerary and event schedule development, communication with the "House of Blues" theatrical staff, as well as a complete teardown and set up plan of action.
​
The event was hosted by Disneys Ambassadors at the time and assisting backstage included me and fellow interns ensuring all were ready and on deck in time for their performance. To conclude the event, our staff put on our own performance and were able to conclude the event successfully crowning a variety of winners. This video composes most of the events planned during my time as a Disney Intern. It highlights many of my hard works, creative intuition, and visually demonstrates the capacity of the events planned during my time. The Disney Event Planning Internship afforded me the opportunity to dramatically change the trajectory of my life and for that, I am humbled and grateful for the experience.
