University Center & Special Events (UCEN), a department within the Division of Student Affairs, manages the Memorial Student Center, Rudder Theatre Complex, J. Earl Rudder Tower, John J. Koldus Building, All Faiths Chapel, and Albritton Bell Tower.  Experienced staff can provide a full range of professional services which include event coordination and setup, equipment rentals, AV services, and event staffing. With a focus on superior customer service, UCEN will ensure your next event is a success!

Disney Housing Operation, Orlando Florida

Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts Housing Operations, manages the onboarding, hospitality, and events for those participating in the Walt Disney World College Program. The 4 interns chosen for this Professional Internship operate events with a wide variety of budgets and logistical knowledge of the participants, Disney Housing Property, and the Parks and Resorts located throughout the Orlando Florida area. The events include customization, a unique focus on diversity and inclusion, as well as superior guest services, food and beverage, hospitality services, event management, and safety protocol.
