SUICIDE AWARENESS WALK

This event holds a special place in my heart and I coordinate it every year. It is always so encouraging to see hundreds of students, staff, and faculty come out in support of one another. Logistically, I partner with transportation services and UPD to ensure the safety of those taking part in the 5k, and we ensure all individuals have the right to free speech and expression.

This event host dozens of small activities each year, and provides free merchandise and snacks for all. Accompanied by a wide variety of speakers, this event also holds a vidual for those lost to suicide.
